I'm aware the log showed a lack of support for Outlook 2007.
I assumed that PALM is still a player in th OS field and was hoping that
there either was a fix in the works or a work around for this issue.
I really want to get involved with Office 2007 but use device
synchronization on a daily basis and am not willing to give it up to be on
"the bleeding edge" of technology.

Then I would apply to Palm - Outlook/Microsoft have nothing to do with how
Palm writes their sync software. I do understand that there is an update to
Chapura or Intellisync that may work with the beta.
However, installing a beta application on a machine where you depend on
information exchanges on a daily basis is pure folly. Not one beta tester
(the 10,000 Microsoft selected) would dare to run that configuration without
a backup plan. Most of us use a secondary machine, virtual machines, or
have ghost images to lay over the toasted beta partition to be up and
running again.
