That's getting me pretty close. It puts the Reminder Date/Time into one
field/column, e.g:
Fri 02/06/2006 12:00 AM
Do you know a way to get just the date on it's own or know the name of
the field for the follow up date?

Quick and dirty method:
1. Use a table view to display all the data fields that you want to export
to Excel.
2. Choose Edit | Select All.
3. Choose Edit | Copy.
4. Paste to Excel.
If some of the fields are multi-line, see Eric Legault's handy tip for an
Excel formula to break up the lines --

Format the column so that it looks the way you want.
