My colleague sent me a distributions list via email. How do I copy it to my
contacts without having to re-type the information one entry at a time?  We
are using Outlook 2003.

Depends on the format used to create and send it. Have him attach it as an
Outlook Item to an RTF message. Then you just open it and save it.

Well what format does it need to be created in and how do you attach it as an
"Outlook Item" to a RTF message.  I am not at all savvy with this, so please
give me a step by step if possible. Thank you.

Instructions would depend on which editor you are using, Word or Outlook.
