Hello All

Is it possible to import - or simply copy - a distribution list from Outlook
on one PC to Outlook on another?
Hope so!

Many thanks

The safest way is to attach it as an Outlook Item to a message in RTF format
and email it. The recipient need only open it and save it to place it in
their default Contacts Folder.

Hello Russ

Thanks for your reply...
... but how would I select the distribution list to include it with the
message? Is there a file corresponding to the distribution list, that I can
navigate to via windows explorer?

Thanks for your help.

Yes, but not via Windows Explorer. When you select "Insert Item" in the new
message Window, a dialog box will open that will allow you to select the DL
from among your Outlook Items. Note, you need to be sure you select "Insert
Item..." not "Insert File..."
