I have received a message which has been sent to a group of email addresses.
Is there a quick way to set up the same group in my Contact List?

I use Outlook 2003

Depends on what format they are in. Try this:

Thanks for your reply – very useful website.  Unfortunately though the
process didn’t work for me.  The incoming group email which contains the
addresses I want to copy shows only the Display Names and so only these are
copied into the Members box of the Distribution List.  I am sent to the Show
Names window when I attempt to OK the distribution list.
Do you know a way round this or have any other suggestions?

No. As I said, the method only works if your list contains valid email
addresses, as it does with all current versions of Outlook.

Thanks anyway - I guess it will be the long way round!
