MS Office Forum / Outlook / Contacts / June 2006Pull up names by initial letter only
I am using Outlook 2003. In Contacts, I am no longer able to pull up a contact name simply by typing the first letter or two. I now have to scroll through a particular alphabet group to find the name. How do I re-enable the function to find a contact by the first letter? Thank you. What view are you displaying in the Contacts folder when you try this? Sue, I switched around between views and went back to the address cards view and now the initial letter function works.
