The telephone number format in Outlook automatically adds "+1 " to the front
of each new entry.  My Blackberry, following syncing with Outlook, cannot
interpret the first 3 digits and the call fails.  Can Outlook be re-set to
not automatically add the 3 digits?

"The three digits?"
You can easily set Outlook not to add the country code to local numbers in
its Dialing Options. Not sure to what three digits you are referring.
Clarify please.
