How do I make Contacts appear in the Address Book

I use Outlook 2003 on an Exchange 2003 Server. All my contacts are on view
in Outlook, yet when I open my address book, I am only able to see the other
users on the network. There is nothing in All Contacts. If I open Contact
properties, and open the Outlook Address Book tab, "Show this folder as an
e-mail Address Book" is grayed out. How can I make my
contacts appear in my address book?

Thanks,
Richard Richter

Use Tools | Email Accounts to add the OUtlook Address Book to the address lists in your mail profile.

Sue,

Thank you. That worked perfectly. Is there a way to combine the Outlook
Address Book/Contacts list with either the Global Address List or the All
Address Lists/All Users to make what seems to me a truly global list.

Thanks for your help,
Richard Richter

No, and that wouldn't be a global list at all, because it would be available not globally but only available to the person whose contacts they were.
