Hi,

Looks like you are trying to create a signature for your emails.
In Outlook, go under Tools> Options> Mail Format> Signatures> and create a
new signature.
If the Word document that you created does contain any graphic material, try
selecting Advanced Editor while creating signature and copy paste the Word
content
into the new Word document.
And before you start these steps, do open Internet Explorer> Tools> Internet
Options> Programs and select MS Word as HTML Editor.

That would help you create signatures.

Thanks,

Mittu

Hiya Mittu,
Thank you for taking the time and effort to reply, unfortunatley it still
doesnt work ! It will come up on the email sheet as correct(apart froma few
minor miss's) but when it is sent it "scrambles" and gets to the other end in
a mess.
Still must keep trying ..... it does work if I only have one font layout,
but as my template has different fonts and telephone numbers it doesnt work .
Kind regards

Hi Ron,
You will have to save your .doc as a template. Then in Outlook Tools>Options
you can specify the template for WordMail. The possible difficulty that
might arise is the lack of macros in your custom template which exist in the
default and I don't know what they do. So, it might be better to customize
the default email.dot by copying your graphics etc. in and Save as
My_email.dot in the same folder.
