I want to send an address book from one outlook account to another.  Is there
an easy way?

Hi,

You could go ahead and export your Address Book in Outlook as a CSV (Comma
Separated Value) and add that as an attachment while mailing to the second
email account.

To Export:- File-> Import/Export> Export to a file> CSV> and continue
creating a file onto a favorable location.
Once you have the file with the contacts, you could go ahead and open it as
it would open as an Excel file.

To import, you could use the Import utility in Outlook.

Thanks,

Mittu
