How is this a suggestion? It sounds more like a support question, but without key information like the Office version.

Sorry. I was working with Lucille when we posted that message. We had a
problem getting the support suggestion completed and the blank went away
before we were really done. Using 2003, when you export the addresses for
labels, the fields are for addresses are already checked for everything but
the zip code, which is waaaay down the list. It's easy to miss getting it
checked. If there would be a way to fix it for the next version, it would
certainly be helpful.

It might help if you provided a step-by-step recap to produce the behavior you're seeing. There is more than one way to create labels.

Select contacts folder, Tools->MailMerge. Select Document Type: Mailing
Labels at bottom left. Click OK. Click Setup-choose labels, ok. Close.
Hmmm. I just tried it on my own machine and it does work, but not on
Lucilles. Will have to get back to you from there.
