How do I export contacts to Hotmail without the export software?

I am trying to export my contacts from Outlook to Hotmail as I am changing
jobs and need to return my PC. However, when I try and export the data it
says I don't have the available tools to do this and I need to upload them
from a disk. My employer can't help - does anyone know if I can download this
software anywhere else (preferably for free) to save me retyping over 100
contacts.

I don't think Hotmail has the ability to import anything, so I don't see how
you'll accomplish that.
