I received an e-mail with a list of 500 recipients in the Recipient
field.  If I right-click on only one of those recipients, I can view
the Outlook Properties.

How can I create a Distribution List from those names?  If I SELECT ALL
and then COPY, this will not allow me to past the name in to a new
distribution list.

Any suggestions?  TIA

If the names are all in Internet format and separated by semicolons, you
can.  Select the list and choose Copy.  Then in COntacts, click
New>Distribution List, then Select Members.  Paste the list into the Members
field and click OK.
