contacts in several folders by State. How to merge into one?

created contacts folders in MS Outlook for each of our sales crew listed by
State. Now need to merge into "MASTER" list and delete all others.

Hi,

One way to do this is to set a filter on each contacts folder to only display contacts from a State, then once these contacts are displayed, you can drag and drop to move them to another
folder.  This will only place these contats in the new folder, while removing them from the other folder.
