In a new message, i clicked the To: button but I could not see the contact I
would like to choose. Yet this contact is there and can be seen from the
Contacts page. I am using Outlook 2003. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

Open the contact in the Contacts folder and make sure it has a resolved (i.e. underlined) email address. Then save it.

Hi,
Are you having this same problem with all contacts in this folder? If so, most likely the contacts folder you are using is not set up as an Outlook address book. To set this as an Outlook
address book, right click on the contacts folder and choose properties, then click on the Outlook Address Book tab, then place a checkmark beside "Show this folder as an email address
book."
