I want to make an email contact distribution list of hundreds of email
addresses that come to me in an email .How can I do that without taking
each individual email address and assigning it to a distribution list ?
Thanks,
Mike

If the addresses are all in Internet format and are smicolon-separated,
select them all, tight click and choose Copy. The, in Outlook, click
New>Distribution List. Right-click in the field where names get entered
(the label of that field is version-specific and youi didn't share that
information) and choose Paste. Click OK.

It depends on your Outlook version and the format of these addresses,
neither of which you specified.

A DL with "hundreds of addresses" seems a bad idea. Lists of this size
rarely work and are nearly impossible to maintain.
