Some of my contacts only have email addresses. I don't need to print those
out for my address book. I'm looking for a way to filter those out before I
print. I can't seem to find a way to create a filter with OR. I would like
the filter to be something like, Business Phone Is Not Empty OR Home Phone Is
Not Empty.

Any help would be appreciated.

Not sure what you mean. Outlook doesn't even have an address book.
If you're looking for a way to create a customized printout of your
Contacts, use a mail merge. You can easily create a view of your Contacts
Folder containing only those with mail addresses, then start the merge from
that view to only those Contacts.
