Contacts synch Outlook to Palm Pilot

Hi
In the past few days my Palm Pilot lost a number of contacts -- interesting
all those starting with my last name plus some others -- but Outlook and
Outlook Express still have these contacts.
I tried to re-synch a number of times, but the "lost" contacts never
reappeared on the Palm Pilot.
Any suggestions?

I would ask Palm what the problem is since it is a synching problem, not an
Outlook problem.
