I want to Send Letter to a single contact and maintain graphics

I have a template that includes data fields and a letterhead with text and
graphics on the side o fmy page.

I created this in Word and saved it as a template with "letter in the name.

when i select a contact and "send letter"
I select my letter

and it creates the body of the letter and fills in everything buy my
letterhead and graphics disappears????

What gives

One of the many limitations of the "New Letter to Contact" Wizard.
Take a look here for some other ways to merge Contact data to a new letter
to a Contact:
