How do I import contacts and inbox from outlook 2002 to 2003?

I' am using MS office XP standard on my desktop, I've exported outlook
contacts and inbox from it's outlook 2002 in .pst form and I' am unable to
import them on outlook 2003 on my laptop and vice a versa. As suggested by
somebody I have also transfered .pst file on hard disk before importing as
well as made sure it does not have read only attribute in properties.

Can somebody please help?

You haven't provided any information. Exporting and importing are a poor way
to transfer Outlook data. They are a good way to lose data.
