Imported contacts from outlook when we installed exchange server 2003.
outlook 2003 distribution list is limited to approx. 165 contacts/addresses.
In previous versions of outlook I was able to add as many as I wanted.
How do I change the limit???
Also how do I get old Distribution lists imported from PST file into Outlook
2003.
Thanks
Phil

Personal DLs in Exchange folders have always had a limit, and that limit cannot be changed. You can keep larger ones in .pst files.
If you have one in a .pst file that you want to keep in a mailbox folder, copy it from the .pst file's folder.

Your first question is an Exchange question, not an Outlook question.
You cannot import DL's from a PST file. They are among the many data
elements that do not survive importing, which is the reason importing is
never the proper way to transfer Outlook data. Open the PST and copy what
you need from it.
