When using the Actions>Forward as vCard command, the recipient opens the
received card to find the comments that I've added (in the blank field under
the IM Address field) missing.  This occurs whether it is saved as a new
contact or adding info to an existing contact.  And, this just started
happening.  What is the problem?  How do I solve it?

Have you applied Office 2003 Service Pack 2? (Check Help | About Microsoft Outlook) I know that Microsoft has fixed some issues related to this in SPs.

I just tried to install it and it says it is already installed.
Why did this just start happening when it hasn't before and I've changed
nothing?

Take a look in Control Panel | Add/remove Programs with the "Show updates" box checked. Check the dates that programs and updates were installed. Anything recent?
