I have a CSV with contacts and I am trying to import into Outlook.  I go to
Import file and choose Import from another file or format, then I choose
Comma Seperated Values (Windows) and I get the following message:

Microsoft Outlook can not start the Import/Export Engine?
The feature is not currently installed would you like to install it now?

I choose Yes, then it acts as if it loading something.  I then get the
following message:

The feature you are trying to use is on  a CD-ROM or other removeable disk
that is unavailable.  Insert the "Microsoft Office 2000 Premium" disk and
press OK.

I can not locate this disk, but I tried a disk I have from another computer
of mine, MICROSoft Office XP and that didn't work.  I think I may have lost
the disk they are referring to.  What can I do in this case?
