Are the limitations on outlook bcc the email disappears

When I put a distribution list in the bcc the message goes from outbox to
sent but the mail does not reach the recipients

If the message moves from Outbox to Sent Items, then most likely your mail
has been accepted by your mail server and the problem is on the server's
end.  You can verify this for sure by enabling transport logging.  How to do
that is version-specific, however, and you decided mentioning your version
of Outlook was unimportant.

I am using outlook 2003 and believe I am within any serve restriction. How do
I set the trnsport logging
