Is there a way to globally change the "File As" field for a specific Contacts
Folder?

I file my contact as Company (Last, First). I just got a new PDA that would
prefer Last,First.

Rather depends on your version, which you neglected to mention.

Russ, Thanks for the quick response. I am using Office Outlook 2003 SP2
I will try the links suggested solution unless you know of anything different.
Thanks again.
