MS Office Forum / Outlook / Contacts / July 2006can windows dialer be adapted to use headset in office 2003
I would like to use my headset (usb) to make phone calls from outlook 2003 contacts database. I can get the dialer to dial but it will not activate to headset. Is there a configuration to make this work? You are not asking an Outlook question. Ask in a telephony groups where I suspect you will find the answer remains no.
