How do I start Outlook with contact groups collapsed?

I would like my groups to always be collapsed when I start Outlook and view
my contacts. I know that I could do this with an earlier version of Outlook.
I don't know how to do this with Outlook 2003.

To what view might you be referring?
What do you mean by groups? Outlook uses no such term.
