How can I edit the contact default form? I simply want to add one line for "Department" under the "Company" line. I tried designing a new form by simply adding this field but the resulting form is different. For example in the default form I could click on for example Business Phone box and a "Check Phone Number" box with Phone Number details will open. However when I use the designed form I cannot get this option by clicking on the Phone box. Please help > How can I edit the contact default form? I read the article however I have not used Visual Basic and have no idea how to proceed. My knowledge is basic but I am willing to follow instructions. It is not possible to display the phone dialog programmatically.
