My Outlook Distribution List does not send to members.

I have tested my List by adding another of my email names to the list. But
when I post the list these names are not shown as having received the message.
Members of the list also say they did not receive the message.

DL's rarely work as expected.
There is no way to troubleshoot your issue because you've provided no
details.

OK.  You have a Distribution List.  How did you create it?  What version of
Outlook are you using?  How do you include it in the recipient list?  When
you say "the names are not showing as having received the message," where
are you looking for this informaiton?
