Is it possible to create a dl where the receipients do not see one another?
For example, I want to send out a monthly e-mail to a dl but make it look
like each person is receiving an individual e-mail?

If this is not possible through Outlook, what options are available?

Put the list into the BCC (Blind Carbon Copy) field

Another alternative would be to use mail merge
