Using Oulook 2002 with Exchange
I have done this before but can't figure out how in this
version... I want to change several contacts from one
category to another, all at once.  It used to be you'd
view the filtered contacts in a list form and then remove
or add a category to all of them at once.  Please help ( I
have over 850 contacts to edit otherwise!)

Switch view to by category.  Then highlight all items in
category.  Right Click and choose categories.  That will
do it.

    Yes it did, Thank you.
Now I mad a new field called "referred by" on a second detail page I designed. Is there a way to change all the J's to JRS's in a field that I created?  It is not a check box but maybe I need to make it one.  I see that in the List View or once sorted by another field, though it looks like an Excel spreadsheet, it does not behave like one.  I thought I could just type in one and copy it all the way down.  Any Ideas?  Thanks!
