We use Outlook 2003 for our company contact list.  In the Contacts folder, we
sort everything by the Company Name.  In OAB, we would also like the contacts
sorted by Company Name.  Is there a way to do this?

OAB usually stands for Offline Address Book.
If instead you mean the Outlook Address Book, and if you are using Outlook
2002 or 2003, you'll find your sort options here:
Tools > E-mail accounts > View or change existing directories or address
books > Outlook Address Book > Change.
