nested/multiple contact folders

The only contact folder that we can use is the default folder. Is there a
way to let us select e-mail addresses from contacts in different contact
folders?

eg contacts works (default contact folder) employees (contact folder) does
not work.

Right-click that other folder, choose Properties, select the Outlook ADdress
Book tab, then check the box labeled "Show this folder as an e-mail Address
Book". Click OK.
