Double Entries in Addressbook

I have doubles of several hundred contacts. Is there any way to get rid of
them in a quicker way than doing each one manually?

The Address Book interface will show all of the electronic addresses you
have in your Contacts folders.  That means not only e-mail addresses, but
fax numbers as well.  If you don't want fax numbers to show, then either put
them in some other non-phone number field or change them so that Outlook
doesn't recognize them as fax numbers.  Adding the letter "F" to the front
of them is one way.
