I'm using Outlook 2003 with Windows XP. Due to company requirements I need to
turn off the automatic creation of Birthday Events in Calender when I create
or import Contacts. Is it possible? If I remember correctly, this was
possible in a previous Version of Outlook.

I don't think importing will add the birthdates to the calendar, but adding
that date to a new or existing calendar will.  I don't know of any way to
disable that, but that doesn't mean some way doesn't exist.  Perhaps someone
else will have more information.
