We keep our client list in Public Folders.  We want to prevent people
from copying and pasting them into another document and sending them
off site.

This is a huge security issue for us.  We do not want employees walking
away with our customer list.

Is there anyway to do this?

-Thanks

No, Outlook has no protection against copy and paste.
