How do I send an e-mail using a distribution list, but set it up so that the
individuals I am sending it to do not see each others e-mail addresses?

I wanted it to appear as if the e-mails are sent out on an individual basis,
even though they are sent as a mass e-mailing using a distribution list.

To hide recipients, use the BCC field.
To personalize messages, use a mail merge (which cannot use DL's, BTW).
