I am using Outlook 2003 in Windows XP Home. I received an email with at
least 50 email addresses of old classmates in to: line. I want to create a
distribution list and move these ( or copy them) into the new list without
doing one at a time. Surely there is a way to move them all at once into my
contact list or distribution list. I would appreciate help in knowing how to
do this.
Thanks
Ken

If the list is composed exclusively of addresses separated by semicolons,
then you can select the list, choose Copy, and past them into the Members
field of a DL compose window, but there's no way built into Outlook to turn
them into contact records all at once.
