I don't understand the connection you seem to see between shared address
books (no such thing in Outlook) and the autocompletion data.

You can purchase a tool that can manipulate the contents of the
autocompletion cache:

Internet addresses, you can download a freeware tool that will export the
entries: http://www.epute.com/nk2csv/ .
