I wish to send a form letter to many contacts that I already have in Outlook.
I already created a category for these specific clients in outlook, and I
have
the form letter ready to go.

Then you're well on the way:

select the contacts
then tools | mailmerge | to existing document | browse to the document.  OK

Now use the Insert Merge Fields button (word will have opened itself) to add
fields like first name and business address. You don't want to use the more
obvious Insert Word fields button!!!!

The ABC button lets you see the data.

Click merge to printer and it's happening.
