If I click on the "New Message" icon, it brings up
the "Select Names" window.  I then go to my personal
contacts list and the problem I have is that the name
always shows up like this "John Doe (Business Fax)"
or "John Doe (E-mail)".  I was able to correct this in
Word (through a post in the "Word" newsgroup) by modifying
the AddressLayout field in AutoText.  For whatever reason,
this modification does not carry through to Outlook.  How
can I correct the field so that the information in
parentheses does not show up?  Thanks!
