unable to save new address

When saving new address, I have used the check name icon, when I logoff and
logon to my account, all the save address disappear. The saved address only
appears during the time I logon, after I logoff and logon again, they are
clear.

Give a far more detailed description of what you are doing. Include every
single step, Outlook version and information store.
