How do I send one e-mail message to everyone in my contacts list?

I want to know how to create one distribution list with everyone in my
contacts file, and be able to send out a message to the list w/out individual
e-mail addresses appearing. Can I create this list without manually entering
every e-mail address in my contact list?

A DL makes no sense since you require no subset of your Contacts.
Just select all the entries in the Outlook Address Book and put them in the
BCC field.

THANKS for your help, Russ.  I did what you suggested, but now outlook won't
send out the mass message; it gives an error message.  What am I doing wrong?

THANKS...

Susan

Don't know. What are you doing and what is the error message? What mail
transport are you using?

Hi, Russ.  I'm sending out through Outlook via my Wyoming smtp address (which
is working for all other e-mails) and the error message is as follows:

Task 'ffsjh.email.uaf.edu - Sending' reported error (0x80070057) : 'Could
not complete the operation. One or more parameter values are not valid.'

Any clues?  THANKS SO MUCH!

Susan

My guess is that your Address Book contains entries that are not valid email
addresses. Does it? Don't forget, the Outlook Address Book includes fax
numbers too.
