How do you import contacts from another file into outlook 2003. mark File, Import and Export, follow the prompts depending on your type of file. Select the menu bar and click the Reset button. You should see the Import and Export menu back then. If you don't, delete the file outcmd.dat from your computer and restart Outlook.
