How do you import contacts from another file into outlook

File, Import and Export, follow the prompts depending on your type of file.
If you post back with the type of file you're trying to import from I can
provide more specific instructions.

thanks I have NO import and export.  I have outlook 2003
on 2 computer and both have no import export.

Ah, ok. That's a common occurance. Reset your toolbars. Right click any
toolbar and choose Customize. Click the first tab. Select the menu bar and
click the Reset button. You should see the Import and Export menu back then.

If you don't, delete the file outcmd.dat from your computer and restart
Outlook.
