Changing default address book to contacts

I've read the posts regarding this question and haven't had any luck.  I go
to Contacts, Tools, Options, Contact Options and can only change name and
filing options (last, first, etc).  I cannot find Show this address book
first.

The "Show this folder in Outlook address book" option is on each contacts folder's Properties dialog, not in Tools | Options.
