Please help me with my 3500 contacts I have in my outlook which I need to:
1) Place in alphabetical order by name.
2) Place in numerical order by street.
3) Cross reference between my bill to (mailing) address field and ship to
(home or weekend home) address field so when targeting a specific street I
know of everyone in my 3500 contact database to mail that have a (home or
weekend home) on that street. For example, I now target all customers on Main
Street, ABC City but miss those customers that have a bill to address in
another street and city but have in fact own a weekend home on Main Street,
ABC City

1-2) View | Arrange By | Current View | Customize Current View | Sort.
3) Outlook has no built-in way to do that without writing code. One possible approach would be to use the Categories field to hold street names you're interested in.
