I am using Outlook 2000.
When I look at the contacts list all I see is the contact information...
address, phone, email address, etc. but no contact. Only a gray line.
Your post is not understandable. Outlook 2000 does not tell us enough about
your version. There are two completely unrelated versions of Outlook 2000.
We need to know which you are using, and we need a clearer description of
your problem. If you don't know what version you are using look at line 2 of
Help | About and tell us what you see.

It is version 9.0.0.2711 Internet Mail Only.
When I look at the "Contacts" page I see gray strips where the contacts name
is supposed to be and below that all of the contacts information. When I
double click on the gray strip all of the contact information is there
including the contacts name... as if the contact field is being instructed to
not show.
I hope that that makes more sense.
