Does anyone know to make Outlook automatically add all email addresses for a
specific contact when sending an email.  Normally, we must choose only 1
address when sending an email.

Note.  I don't want to have to create a group.

Thanks.  I tried Actions > New Message to Contact, and this allowed me to
send an email to multiple adressees in my Contact List.  It works well when I
want to send from a specific category.

My real question however, was if a single contact has several email
addresses associated with their name, how do I tell Outlook to always send to
all associated contacts.  For example, I might want to send an email to their
work, home, and Blackberry addresses.

Thanks

That depends on your version which you have not mentioned.

In Outlook 2003, Actions New Message to Contact for multiple Contacts will
only send to the default address. Use the Outlook Address Book if you want
to select all the addresses.
