Sync Outlook user-defined with Contacts on Pocket PC

Does anyone know if you can 2 way sync the user-defined
fields in Outlook with Contacts on my HP Jornada that is
running Pocket PC?

Not if you're using ActiveSync as the synchronization tool. You'd need a third-party tool; see http://www.slipstick.com/addins/olpda.htm
