The import/export command on the File menu in Outlook 2003 is not there. I've reinstalled; detected & repaired; and spent 3 hours on the internet. Nothing. any ideas? John C. In Control Panel's Add or Remove Programs, run the Office setup and make sure the Exporters and Importers are installed.
